Amanda handles public relations responsibilities in the 80-person technology division of NEC Solutions America that markets and sales projectors and plasma displays. Her background is in organizational communication, marketing and public relations. She earned her M.A. in organizational communications from Western Michigan University and bachelor’s in communications with a minor in Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh. Amanda has been an active volunteer for many IABC/Chicago events and programs, including the Spectra Awards, over the past year. She will become the Director of Awards in October 2005.
