Greg leads the research group at L.C. Williams
& Associates (LCWA), a 30-person Chicago-based public
relations and research firm. His three decades of experience
encompass research and measurement, fact-based planning, message
development, corporate communications and organizational change
management. Greg's academic credentials include bachelor's
and master's degrees in journalism and a law degree from Michigan
State University College of Law. This is Greg's third year
as an IABC/Chicago chapter leader. He also serves on the board
of trustees of the IABC Research Foundation.
