
Kathryn Jandeska

Kathryn has more than 25 years’ experience
in corporate communication, communication management and marketing
communication. As a consultant, she helps employers of all
sizes communicate employee benefits, workforce commitment,
organizational change and branding.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
and received her MBA with honors from the University of Illinois
at Chicago. As a graduate student, she conducted a research
study on women in the workplace, later published in the Journal
of Managerial Issues.
An active member of IABC/Chicago since
1989, Kathryn served as Director of Membership as the chapter
grew to 550 members. She’s currently serving her second
term as Director of Volunteers. Kathryn is a past winner of
IABC’s Gold Quill, Silver Quill, Spectra and Silver
Inkwell awards.
