Nadine Sudnick has over 20 years of corporate communications experience, developing and implementing award-winning (Gold, Silver Quill and Spectra-IABC) communication strategies for Fortune 500 companies, including Abbott Laboratories, Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Dairy Management, Inc., International Engine & Truck, Fertility Centers of Illinois, Follett, GE Capital, McDonald’s, Motorola, Pliant Corporation, ServiceMaster, and TRW.
Prior to starting Sudnick Business Communications, Nadine was Vice President, e-business marketing for GE Capital Auto Financial Services, and served as Senior Vice President, communications, GE Capital Rail Services, where she led all external and internal communication efforts for the business, including public relations, preparing all CEO communications, internet and intranet launches, advertising, sales, customer communications, crisis management, community relations and organizational communications. Using employee and customer metrics, she started the company's first employee electronic publication, and drove the development of new customer communication vehicles.
Prior to GE, Nadine spent most of her career at Motorola, where she held progressively responsible positions in employee communications, public relations, global marketing communications and customer relations. She was also responsible for starting the company’s first strategic communications department.
Nadine earned her Masters of Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ohio University. For the past two years, has held the post of President, International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Chicago Chapter serving over 500 communication professionals in the Chicago-area. Nadine is also a member of the Women's Business Development organization and is an accomplished speaker, author and facilitator on communication-related topics. She has also taught professional student classes at University of Chicago Graham Studies.
