Susan is currently a vice president of communications with JPMorgan Chase. A veteran of four bank mergers, she previously worked as Director of HR Communications for Bank One, Director of Cardmember Communications for First Card (a subsidiary of First Chicago NBD), and Communications Consultant for First Chicago.

She holds an MBA (MM) in marketing and finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and graduated summa cum laude in marketing from DePaul University's College of Commerce.

A Silver Quill Winner, her previous service to IABC includes three years on the board of IABC/Chicago. She also organized the six-state IABC Midwest Regional Conference in a past life.
