The role of leadershipcommunication™
no longer applies solely to a few C-level executives. In fact,
leadershipcommunication is far too
important to be left to a few executives – or supervisors.
Today, leaders at every level need to communicate effectively
with employees and drive employee engagement. A leader’s
ability to engage and connect each employee to the organization,
business strategy and vision is key to achieving performance
and long-term goals. They must manage messages so they influence
the decision moments and discretionary effort employees choose
to take. How well leaders manage these components determines
their success or failure.
Through this interactive session, grounded in a proven four-step
leadercommunicator model, attendees
will learn each step of the model; experience best practices
from world-class organizations; and ultimately gain the skills
necessary to coach leaders to drive business results and improve
performance through effective leadershipcommunication.
This hands-on session will help communicators clearly articulate
the business value of communications and show how effective
leadership communications contributes to the overall bottom
line of their organization. The knowledge they acquire will
help them position themselves as a trusted advisor to leaders
within their organization. Attendees will be able to demonstrate
their added value by showing executives that communication
is an indispensable tool for better business and better executive
leadership.
