employee communication, and management of crisis situations,

on various crisis scenarios. Having been on both sides of
the landmark acquisitions of Pfizer/Warner-Lambert and Pfizer/Pharmacia,
John understands and shares the challenges of mergers and
acquisitions. In NewYork City on Sept. 11, 2001, he helped
coordinate Pfizer’s communications to colleagues immediately
following the attacks. John’s range of experience comes
through as he discusses crisis challenges and actions essential
to ensure compassionate leadership – especially during
the toughest of times.
