Exclusive listings service for IABC/Chicago members

For only $60 per year (July through June) IABC/Chicago members may be listed in one category of the IABC/Chicago Online Resource Directory. Costs are prorated based on the quarter your listing starts.

You information including: company name, contact name, Web site address, e-mail address, phone number, address and 50-word description. You will be listed in one category of your choice.

For an additional $40 fee you can have an enhanced listing, which will include your logo. If you wish to be listed in more than one category, you must to pay for each category. You will only be charged once for logo.

To be included in the directory: Simply access our online registration system, Cvent, and pay with a credit card. Postings will be updated at the beginning of each month.

Frequently Asked Questions

May anyone add a listing? You must be a current member of the IABC/Chicago Chapter at the time of registration to be listed in the directory.

What are the categories? The categories are:Audio/Visual Services, Communication Consultants, Design and New Media, Marketing, PR, Research Services, Specialty Services and Writing and Editing.

Can I register my services in more than one category? Yes, the cost is $60 per year per category. If you want to go with the enhanced listing (logo) you will only pay that fee ($40) once, and your logo will be in each category you've paid for.

How will I be notified when my account needs renewed? The program runs July 1 through June 30. The charges are prorated based on the quarter you begin your listing. In late May or early June you will be invited to renew your listing by e-mail.

What if I want to include more than a 50-word description? At this time you need to keep your description to fifty words. Use your words to entice readers to take action by visiting your web site or sending an email to learn more about your services.

What's the process if I need to make changes to my contact information and service description? We will update contact information and fix a typographic error in your service description for no additional charge. You can e-mail info@iabcchicago with your revisions. Your service description can be changed for a $15 fee.

What prompted IABC/Chicago to offer this resource now? This program was developed in direct response to the results of a member survey that was conducted in 2006.
